Responsibilities
Define strategy and roadmap, and drive execution for Global e-commerce Governance and Experience initiatives and critical projects.
Work with cross-functional teams to translate the strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes with a clear project timeline by exercising technical and business judgment.
Responsible for the full lifecycle management of large-scale projects for the Global e-commerce research and development team.
Build effective, transparent communication channels to align and partner with internal and external stakeholders and project delivery teams.
Work with cross-functional teams to continuously improve efficiency and velocity.
Develop efficiency reports through quantitative and qualitative analysis measurement methods.
Prepare project schedules, define milestones, and own the collaboration processes and tools.
Conduct thorough risk assessments, identify potential obstacles, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing past projects to identify areas for optimization.
Implement best practices in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field and 3 years of related work experience; or a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information
Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in the following skills:
Planning, developing, and executing projects in Waterfall and Agile methodologies;
Interfacing directly with team members, stakeholders, and organization leaders to communicate objectives, status, risk, and updates;
Software development project management including building development processes and coordinating release schedules;
Creating and maintaining the software development roadmap for engineers;
Working within project or program team settings to diagnose problems, supporting decision making, influencing project or program direction and stakeholder decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving change; and
Developing project timeline, gathering requirements, assessing risks, and leveraging written formats (including presentations and storylines) to influence executive level decisions.
Analyzing, summarizing and synthesizing large quantities of data to support data-driven decision making for project roadmap and strategy.
Travel Requirement: Domestic and/or international travel required up to 15%.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165610 - $288800 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
