MyFitnessPal seeks a Technical Recruiter for a 6-month contract (with possible extension) to support Talent Acquisition. Responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruitment (posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring), utilizing various channels to identify high-potential candidates, partnering with leaders and hiring managers to define staffing needs and tailor recruiting strategies, acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and tracking recruiting metrics. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ATS (Greenhouse) proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills.

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter for a 6 month contract who will support the overall success of the Talent Acquisition operations.You'll build relationships with leaders, hiring managers, hiring teams, and People Team partners to identify talent that meets requirements and supports MyFitnessPal’s strategic plans. This role will also participate in recruiting projects that drive quality-of-hire, time to fill and provide an extraordinary candidate and recruiting experience.

This is for a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Utilize various channels such as social media, job boards, networking, and referrals to identify high-potential candidates
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Partner with leaders and hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and tailor recruiting strategies accordingly
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and hiring managers, providing strategic guidance on talent needs and recruitment approaches to drive business success
  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand hiring priorities, refine talent strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment process that meets business goals
  • Contribute to the company’s employer brand by ensuring a positive candidate experience and promoting the company's culture and values
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness and improve recruitment processes

Qualifications to be successful in this role: 

  • 5+ years of experience with technical recruiting
  • Experience managing an Applicant Tracking System - we use Greenhouse
  • Experience with modern sourcing tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to stay organized
  • Strong work ethic and sense of personal accountability
