Job Description

This role involves managing and maintaining the global Telecom Inventory, supporting invoice review, approval, and timely payments for the Telecom estate within the Infrastructure & Cloud business. The candidate will collaborate with Infrastructure product managers, Vendor Management, Group Procurement, Group Finance, Accounts Payable, and Telecom Expense Management Service Providers. Responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling invoices, managing billing queries, handling inventory and billing reconciliation, keeping inventory updated, participating in inventory clean-up, attending calls with vendors, preparing process documents, and supporting migration to a new TEM Provider. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and experience in Telecoms Expense Management.
Must have:
  • 3 years of Telecoms Expense Management experience
  • Knowledge of inventory and billing.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Clear written and oral communication skills.

Job Details

This is an individual contributor role and the purpose is to handle & maintain global Telecom Inventory along with supporting Invoice review, approval & payment on time for the whole of the Telecom estate within the Infrastructure & Cloud business! Working in a friendly, collaborative team!

The candidate is encouraged to maintain a close relationship with Infrastructure product managers & other technology enabling groups, Vendor Management, Group Procurement, Group Finance; Accounts Payable & Telecom Expense Management Service Providers. 

Roles and Responsibilities:
Review and reconcile invoices to ensure they are accurate, collaborating closely with Third Party Vendor or key Collaborators for any queries
Management of billing queries and any critical issues
Additional reconciliation processes handled by the team to efficiently handle inventory and billing

Keeping inventory up to date and taking part in inventory clean up activities
Attend regular or adhoc calls with Third Party Vendor or key Collaborators to handle any issues
Review and prepare process documents where required

Supporting the team in migrating to a new TEM Provider
Any other adhoc tasks as requested by People Leader


Key Skills Required:
3 Year Telecoms Expense Management experience desired, knowledge of inventory as well as billing
Analytical
Attention to detail
Able to communicate clearly both written and orally
