Job Description
The Google Cloud SMB team seeks a Territory Manager (German-speaking) to drive business growth by working with small and medium-sized businesses, startups, and digital natives. Responsibilities include working with technical promoters and Google Cloud Partners to optimize business results, leading assigned territories, achieving business goals, managing multiple opportunities, ensuring customer success, providing input to stakeholders, managing business development and forecasting, and advancing processes to exceed business goals. The role requires fluent English and German communication for client relationship management within a specified region. This is a key role in understanding customer needs and shaping the future of how businesses use technology.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4 years of experience in business/account management
- Technology business experience with new customer acquisition
- Fluent English and German communication
- Lead assigned territory and achieve business goals
- Manage multiple opportunities and ensure customer success
Good to have:
- Cloud computing experience
- Experience managing multiple tasks with shifting priorities

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business, client relationship, or account management.
- Experience in technology business with new customer acquisition.
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

- Experience with cloud computing.
- Experience in managing multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Work with technical promoters and Google Cloud Partners as a member of the business team to optimize business results and growth opportunities with SMB in the Digital Native or Startups space.
- Lead assigned territory, work with cross-functional teams in achieving business goals, guide the business process, manage multiple opportunities and ensure customer success within territory.
- Provide input to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage business development and forecast accurately.
- Play a role in advancing processes and driving impact and meeting and exceeding business goals.
