Job Description
As an Accelerated Growth Consultant at Google's Customer Solutions Group (GCS) in Sweden, you'll consult with advertising companies of all sizes to find optimal advertising solutions using Google's products. You'll build and manage sales pipelines, establish client relationships, design marketing strategies, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include meeting quarterly growth goals, collaborating with marketing teams, consulting with C-level clients to achieve marketing and business objectives, and leveraging Google's marketing solutions (YouTube, Search, Display Network). You'll be fluent in Swedish and English, working within a dynamic and fluid environment.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in advertising/sales/marketing/consulting
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Client relationship management
- Sales pipeline management
- Meeting growth goals
Good to have:
- Start-up experience
- Marketing campaign planning & execution
- Media sales portfolio management

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
- Experience in sales, media sales, account management, marketing or consulting within a customer facing environment (e.g., on-boarding customers, building and maintaining a sales pipeline).
- Ability to communicate in Swedish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in acquisition within a start-up environment.
- Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and consistently overachieve goals to drive growth.
- Ability to think about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans, including strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate and grow in a fluid environment.

We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.
Responsibilities
- Deliver against quarterly business and product growth goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within EMEA.
- Build and manage a pipeline through identification of potential business in addition to close partnership with our marketing teams.
- Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing, design effective marketing strategies, and deliver outstanding customer business experience to drive long-term success for our customers.
- Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals through utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (e.g., YouTube, Google Search and Display Network platforms).
