The Strategy and Operations Manager will provide critical insights and recommendations for decision-making and cross-functional alignment. Working closely with Sales Strategy and Operations Managers, responsibilities include running business cadence, navigating system complexities, collaborating on problem-solving, and managing projects. The role involves providing strategic, investigative, and day-to-day operational activities for the Large Customer Sales team, performing data analysis, building reporting tools and dashboards, conducting ad-hoc analyses, identifying process gaps, and defining and solving business problems. The manager will help set the focus, pace, and direction of the business to deliver on Google's business opportunities.
