The role involves driving global inclusive leadership and equity initiatives, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations. The director will serve as a trusted advisor to regional leadership, enhancing employee engagement, talent development, and organisational effectiveness on regional and global levels. This role involves strategic leadership, talent management, global engagement, compliance, compensation and benefits, change management, HR metrics reporting, and team leadership.
