Your Role

As a Werkstudent in HR & Recruiting, you will support our talent acquisition efforts by helping with recruiting processes, candidate management, and HR administration. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hiring and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
• Support employer branding initiatives and job postings
• Maintain and update HR databases and documentation
• Assist in onboarding new hires

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program
• Interest in HR, recruiting, and talent management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Self-driven
• Onsite position
• Part-time or full-time during the holidays
