The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, serving as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted resource for employees. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations and engagement, overseeing performance management, ensuring compliance with labor laws, administering compensation and benefits, coordinating learning and development programs, and managing HR operations. The role requires a proactive approach to fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, 2+ in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HRIS and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
Good to have:
  • Experience in Tech.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Experience scaling HR practices in a fast-growing organization.

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted resource for employees, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities - 

- HR Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
Partner with leadership to align workforce planning and talent management goals
- Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts and managing disciplinary processes
Foster a culture of feedback, transparency, and continuous improvement
Implement employee engagement and recognition programs
- Performance Management
Oversee the performance review cycle, including goal-setting, feedback, and development planning
Support managers in addressing performance concerns and coaching employees
- Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws
Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and internal documentation
- Compensation & Benefits
Administer compensation plans and benefit programs
Benchmark salary and benefits to stay competitive in the market
- Learning & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs
Support career development and internal mobility
- HR Operations & Systems
Manage HR systems (HRIS), personnel files, and data reporting
Track HR metrics and generate reports for leadership


Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion

Nice to Have
- Experience in Tech
