Job Description

The VP of Business Development at G5 Games will spearhead the company's publishing expansion on mobile and the G5 Store. Key responsibilities include entering new markets, managing strategic partnerships with app stores and advertising platforms, identifying and closing M&A deals, building and growing the business development team, and collaborating with international teams. The ideal candidate has experience scaling a gaming business, a deep understanding of US, European, and Asian markets, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Russian.

We are currently looking for an experienced VP of Business Development who will drive G5’s publishing expansion, build strategic partnerships, and explore new market opportunities. If you value not just managing but inspiring and helping employees grow — we’d love to have you on our team!

What you will work on:

  • Expanding G5’s publishing business on mobile platforms and G5 Store.
  • Entering new markets and platforms to assess business potential.
  • Publishing games in "exotic" countries to generate additional revenue.
  • Managing strategic partnerships with app stores and advertising platforms.
  • Identifying and closing M&A deals.
  • Building and growing the business development team.
  • Collaborating with international teams and partners.

What we expect:

  • Experience scaling a business in the gaming industry, preferably in casual games.
  • Deep understanding of the US, European, and Asian markets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with international contracts.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in team leadership and business process optimization.
  • Fluent English and Russian (C1+).
