ABOUT THE POSITION

• Work with training team in updating training needs, process, etc 
• Prepare Monthly Training Timetable and keep track of training schedules. 
• Coordinate to prepare curriculum, training materials, and tests, communication, organization and monitoring of the course or training activity.
• Conduct class: Coordinate trainers, rooms, venues, and catering requirements; Send invitation, reminders or any associated information if have; follow the attendance tracking. 
• Teaching assistants and/or assistants in training activities. 
• Update current and maintain registration, program’s progress, learning data, performance evaluation, post-course reporting, etc. 
• Take photos, record (opening and ending) at training courses or mediation sessions as required. 
• Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training session. 
• And other tasks/ projects assigned by the immediate supervisor (if any). 

• Fresh Graduates 
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Training, HR or related field. 
• Ability to communicate in English with moderate to high proficiency. 
• Attention to details and good planning skills to meet the deadline. 
• Enthusiastic, thoughtful, careful, meticulous, and observant at work.
