Responsibilities:
- Vehicle booking to designated vendors based on the approved requests of each department
- Ensures only approved vehicle requests are booked and deployed
- Ensures ordered/booked vehicles arrives on time at the requesting party/origin hub
- Ensures correctness of booked/deployed vehicle vs actual vehicle type requested
- Work closely with the transport billing team in assisting on the reverse billing data or fulfilled trip validation
- Communication between the 3pl partners and end_users/requestors
- Handle issues and operational challenges relating to 3pl and proper reportingLeads the compliance in the timely and correct updating of the trucklogs from the transport side up to the end_users acknowledgement
- Timely and proper escalation of challenges which he/she sees deemed beyond his/her capacity as a transport coordinator.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate related to Transport or Distribution Management
- At least 2 years' relevant experience, from Freight Forwarding and 3PL industry.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in booking 3pl and answering query of delivery.
- Willing to work in Cabuyao
