Creative Resource Manager

We are seeking a Creative Resource Manager to support a top-tier creative agency in sourcing, vetting, and managing freelance talent for a variety of creative roles. This is a long-term freelance opportunity that is remote and offers a chance to work with an innovative team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

As the Creative Resource Manager, you will work closely with the Creative and Operations teams to identify, assess, and manage freelance talent for creative roles such as strategists, designers, writers, and more. You’ll play a key role in shaping the team’s creative output by ensuring the right talent is sourced, evaluated, and aligned with project needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a resource manager with a strong creative background and a passion for building long-term relationships with top-tier freelance professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Source, vet, and manage freelance talent for various creative roles (e.g., strategists, designers, writers, etc.)
• Assess portfolios for creativity, technical skill, and alignment with project requirements
• Build and maintain a global freelance talent database, ensuring long-term relationships and access to top-tier creatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand talent needs and ensure the right fit for each project

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Art/Creative Director in an agency or events setting
• Strong understanding of marketing/advertising program lifecycles and creative processes
• Expertise in portfolio evaluation and familiarity with freelance roles in creative industries
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of your assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
