You will partner closely with our senior VAs, contributing to key activities such as market analysis, business modeling, and project execution, eventually, owning your own work-streams, leading projects, and building lasting ventures or company building units.

In the role you will…
  • Partner with talented product-oriented teams to bring new ventures to life across industries—from initial exploration and ideation to validation and scaling, making strategic decisions that drive success.
  • Master the art Eric Ries Lean Startup approach, from validation techniques and business model development to ensuring desirability, viability, and feasibility. Turning complex challenges into strategic advantages.
  • Dive into market analysis to uncover emerging trends, calculate market potential, and assess economic viability to identify growth opportunities and shape cutting-edge business models.
  • Craft and calculate business cases that form the backbone of venture decisions, ensuring each opportunity is backed by a rock-solid economic rationale.
  • Play a role in shaping bold go-to-market strategies and developing digital solutions. You’ll know what clicks with customers and make it happen.
  • Develop lasting connections with founders and clients, presenting game-changing insights and strategic recommendations during regular interactions.
  • Seamlessly navigate through diverse industries, cracking tough problems and creating sophisticated monetization strategies to unlock value for clients.
  • Thrive on reducing complexity and solving problems at lightning speed, adapting quickly to different projects and environments.

As a Venture Architect you are…

  • You bring at least 1 year of experience in roles like a Venture Architect, Founder’s Associate, Consulting or Investment Banking, with a keen interest in venture capital or company building.
  • Acute understanding of business models within different verticals from marketplaces to subscriptions
  • Understanding of the steps involved in driving a business zero to one from the ideation, validation to the scaling phase
  • An entrepreneurial ‘hands-on’ mindset and efficient problem solver with the ability to quickly identify core operational challenges while knowing how tech and product play into building a successful business
  • A willingness to push your limits, get out of your comfort zone and learning fast with humility and fierce resolve
  • You have the financial viability hat on in discussions hence you should be versed at financial modeling including market sizing and unit economics
  • A solid business savviness, sense and understanding paired with the ability to drive the bigger picture from idea to execution

ADDITIONALLY:

Please see our list as a starting point. We don’t search for a 100% match of lists. We are looking for talented t-shape people which will fit in our diverse team and help us evolve.

Top tip: whenever somebody asks if “anybody” wants to go for lunch or coffee, just say yes and tag along.
  • Diversity isn't just a buzzword, it's our DNA: With over 20 different nationalities, neurodiversity and D,E&I ambassadors, we thrive on our team's unique perspectives and backgrounds, sparking innovation and creating an inclusive environment where everyone can shine.
  • All About the Fun: Our idea of a team building involves food, paddle boards, off-sites and workations that turn into legendary tales. And our office playlist? Let’s just say, it’s a bop.
  • Real Talk: We value an open feedback culture and work together openly and reflectively. Every team member receives a  feedback training at the beginning - we speak up and we listen
The cherry on top: our Fifa game is strong (sorry, foosball), our salaries don’t suck, dogs are our co-workers (the furry kind) and our Friday tradition - lunchtime burgers in the office.
