YouTube Operations Specialist (Maternity Cover)

What you'll do:

• Client Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Label’s YouTube channel.
• Content Strategy: Develop and communicate a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the growth goals and audience preferences for the labels.
• SEO and Metadata Optimization: Constant guidance on Optimizing video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve searchability and viewer engagement.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor Channels & Network performance using YouTube Analytics and other tools, providing regular reports and insights to guide strategy adjustments.
• Audience Engagement: Foster a strong community by responding to labels.
• Compliance: Ensure all content complies with YouTube policies and community guidelines.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in YouTube Content Management System (CMS) channel management or a related role.
• Proven success in growing YouTube channels and increasing viewer engagement.
• Strong understanding of YouTube’s algorithm, SEO best practices, and content trends.
• Proficient in using YouTube Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content ideas..
