Job Description

The ABM Lead will be responsible for developing data-driven media plans aligned with client objectives, including audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and budget allocation. This role involves setting up, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to meet KPIs like ROAS, CTR, and CPA. The position requires conducting A/B tests for campaign improvement, utilizing GA4 for campaign tracking and insights, and generating detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations. Collaboration with internal teams for messaging alignment and effective client communication are also key aspects of this role.
Must have:
  • 3-4 years of LinkedIn ad campaign management
  • Media planning, strategy, and execution expertise
  • Proficiency with GA4
  • Familiarity with Google Ads Manager
  • Ability to analyze data for insights
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
Good to have:
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager
  • Experience with other relevant platforms

Job Details

Responsibilities:


  • Develop data-driven media plans aligned with clients' objectives.
  • Define audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and budget allocation.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Ensure delivery against KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA.
  • Conduct A/B tests to improve campaign performance and ad creatives.
  • Utilize GA4 for comprehensive campaign tracking and insights.
  • Generate detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and insights regularly.


Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing LinkedIn ad campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in media planning, strategy, and execution.
  • Strong proficiency with GA4 for campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
