This Account Executive role at Google Customer Solutions in Israel requires fluency in Hebrew and English. Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Ability to communicate in Hebrew and English fluently to support client relationships in the region.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling, and competitive selling.
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on both performance and brand marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in the region and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly business growth and product growth targets.
  • Own a portfolio of medium and large size businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
  • Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
  • Drive customer growth by delivering an outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives
  • Establish credibility with executives and serve as a trusted partner to optimize and expand their advertising investment.
