- Perform full set accounting work and ensure fully compliance with Corporate reporting guidelines;
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and year end closing timely and accurately;
- Prepare monthly and quarterly Corporate reporting and reconciliations;
- Prepare monthly fluctuation analysis;
- Support and provide insight information with business partners;
- Other ad hoc task from Corporate or management;
- Manage full spectrum of accounting activities, including accounts payables, intercompany billing, fixed assets and bank;
- Work independently for statutory filings;
- Ensure completion of GST reporting and annual tax returns;
- Complete special financial, administrative and ad hoc projects as directed by reporting manager / senior management.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline;
- A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with an all rounded exposure;
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and accounting software;
- Good communications skills with different levels and countries;
- Analytical, result-oriented and organized;
- Be independent and flexible with strong business acumen;
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedules;
- Be adaptive to changes in fast-paced environment;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Must have a ‘can-do’ attitude and a desire to deliver amazing work;
- Strong attention to detail, as well as being a problem solver who takes the initiative;
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects and processes simultaneously.
