This Administrative Assistant role within Netflix's Content & Business Products Programs & Operations team supports a Product leader. Responsibilities include proactive calendar management, coordinating travel and events, processing expense reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Team
The Content & Business Products organization builds and buys technology that helps plan, produce, and promote our content on and off the service. The Product leaders in our organization work across many different business functions and stakeholder groups to innovate across what we call the “pitch-to-play ecosystem”. 


In this dynamic role, you’ll be a key member of the Administrative Assistants Pod on the Content & Business Products Programs & Operations team, reporting to the Executive Assistant Manager. You’ll be the administrative partner to the Product leader who leads one of the domains in the Content & Business Products department.


We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, action-oriented, and a team player. You are ready and willing to step in and help when your bandwidth allows, solve problems, and ensure efficient execution while focusing on both current needs and future priorities. Strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactive management of calendars for the leaders and their team, including scheduling internal and external meetings

  • Manage and coordinate logistics for team offsites and events 

  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and process expense reports

  • Strong cross-functional partnership and communication with operations and administrative partners

  • Efficiently execute tasks while proactively solving problems

  • Ability to be discrete and use good judgment when handling sensitive information

  • An inquisitive approach towards the business context, coupled with the ability to draw beneficial connections for the team


Qualifications

  • 4+ years managing executive calendars with proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Responsive, adaptable, and able to work flexibly across time zones and under tight deadlines.

  • Independent and proactive problem solver with strong judgment and a solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Team player who is discreet, maintains confidentiality, and is adaptable to evolving business needs.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $60,000 - $240,000.
