Administrative Assistant & Employee Welfare Support
Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves supporting various administrative and welfare functions within Smilegate Holdings. Responsibilities include managing employee welfare facilities (contracts, operations, and maintenance), overseeing company vehicles and driver services, planning and managing online/offline libraries, handling interior design and layout projects, improving administrative systems (e.g., plant management, space booking systems), supporting business trips and events, and monitoring real estate market trends. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Must have:
- 3-8 years relevant experience

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT)
- Strong service orientation
- Facility management experience
- Project management skills
Good to have:
- Foreign language proficiency
- Ariba experience

담당업무
1. 사내복지 지원
- 복지시설 계약/운영/관리, 법인차량, 대리운전업체 등 계약검토/구매/매각/정산 등
- 온/오프라인 도서관 개선기획/도입/운영/관리 등
2. Lay-out 및 인테리어
- 중/소 인테리어 및 lay-out 기획/진행/정산 등
3. 총무 업무 지원
- 제도 개선/보완/실행/운영/정산 (ex, 식물관리, 공간예약 시스템화 등)
- 출장 및 행사 지원/운영 등 , 총무업무 시스템화 기획/지원/실행/운영 등
4. 부동산 동향 확인, 조직內 업무 부여시 수용성 있게 진행 (ex, 신설업무 및 지원업무)
자격요건
- 유관경력 3년 이상~ 8년 미만
- 초대졸 이상
- MS office 능숙자 (엑셀, PPT 등)
- 구성원 대상 서비스 마인드 및 커뮤니케이션 우수한 분
필요역량
- 소통, 커뮤니케이션 원활한 자
- 책임감 및 성실함, 수용성있는 태도 보유자
우대사항
- 외국어 가능자 우대
- ariba 경험자 우대
- 밝고, 긍정적이며 활발한 성격 소유자
