Job Description

Smilegate RPG seeks an AI Developer for their [LOST ARK Mobile] project. Responsibilities include developing reinforcement learning-based NPC control and level generation technologies; creating conversational NPCs using RAG, TOD, and Persona Chatbot techniques with LLM integration; and developing AI learning and serving platforms. The ideal candidate possesses deep learning/reinforcement learning expertise, experience with LLM-based chatbot development (RAG, TOD, Persona Chatbot), proficiency in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, Ray, PEFT/TRL), LLM frameworks (Langchain, vLLM), and AI backend server process development. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.

Must have:

Deep learning/Reinforcement learning experience
LLM-based chatbot development (RAG, TOD, Persona Chatbot)
Proficiency in PyTorch, Ray, PEFT/TRL, Langchain, vLLM
AI backend server process development experience
Python programming skills

Good to have:

AI-related Master's degree or higher
Game company work experience

자격요건

- 딥러닝/강화학습 관련 지식과 실무 경험 - LLM을 활용한 챗봇(RAG, TOD, Persona Chatbot) 개발 경험 - 딥러닝 관련 학습 프레임워크(Pytorch, Ray, PEFT/TRL 등) 및 LLM 관련 프레임워크(Langchain, vLLM 등)를 이용한 실무 경험 - AI 백엔드 서버 프로세스 개발 경험

필요역량

- 주도적인 문제 정의 및 문제 해결 능력 - 신경망, 기계 학습에 대한 이해 및 엔지니어링 능력 - Python 프로그래밍 능력 - Open Source 활용 능력 - 상호 존중과 열린 자세에 기반한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 능력

우대사항

- AI 유관 전공 석사 이상이신 분 - 게임 회사 근무 경험이 있으신 분
