👀 As an Art Producer at Univrse, you will:

• Oversee the entire production process of art assets, ensuring that artistic vision aligns with projects’ goals and timelines.
• Be responsible for continuous improvement of workflow and production pipeline
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and project managers to develop projects’ scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Be responsible for leading/motivating the Art team 
• Facilitate communication between teams to ensure smooth workflows and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on art assets throughout the production cycle.
• Assist in the hiring and mentoring of art interns and junior team members.

• Proven experience as an art producer or an Art Lead in a similar role within the gaming or animation industry.
• Strong understanding of various art styles, techniques, and tools utilized in game development.
• Understanding of optimisation techniques / technical limitations / mobile development
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with diverse teams.
• High level understanding of the whole art workflow from asset creation to technical art, shaders, animations
• Familiarity with industry-standard software (such as Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling software, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming production challenges.
• A passion for emerging technologies and a desire to innovate in the XR space.
