Assistant Manager/Manager - HRBP

The incumbent will be responsible for driving the HR agenda in alignment with business needs and partnering with the business to build a high-performance culture. This role will focus on providing strategic HR support to the business and drive the implementation of HR initiatives and programs. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to understand business strategies and provide HR support to achieve business goals.
• Drive the implementation of HR initiatives and programs such as performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Manage the employee life cycle from onboarding to exit.
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Lead and manage HR projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in managing HR projects.
• Experience in the IT/ITES industry is preferred.
