Job Description

As an Associate Account Strategist, you'll consult with various advertising companies to find optimal advertising solutions. You'll leverage your sales skills and understanding of the digital economy to help brands grow using Google's advertising products. Your responsibilities include building client relationships, understanding their business challenges, and achieving business growth targets. You'll present Google advertising solutions, develop data-driven analyses, and provide consultative recommendations. You'll also need to build in-depth knowledge of Google Advertising products and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders. This role requires strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, along with experience in advertising, sales, or marketing.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in advertising, sales, or marketing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Data analysis and insight generation
  • Client relationship management
  • Achieving business growth targets
Good to have:
  • Ability to navigate tools to turn data into insight and sales opportunities
  • Ability to direct communication given different audiences or stakeholders

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to navigate tools to turn data into insight and sales opportunities.
  • Ability to direct communication given different audiences or stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently, to support customer-facing role with local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard.
  • Plan for, and achieve, business growth targets, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives. 
  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
