The IMS APAC Billing team is supporting the day-to-day billing activities for Iron Mountain APAC business. This team is responsible for carrying out various billing related activities. This is a very critical team with a need to maintain high quality standards and strict adherence to SLA’s
Key Areas of Responsibility
Process Manual invoices/Credits/Re-bill requests on source system
Maintenance of customer profile
Create month end reports
Modifying customer Invoices and re-issuing
Non Standard/ Customer Specific Billing activities
Web Invoice submissions
Skills, Qualifications
Should have 2 to 5 years relevant experience in Order to Cash Billing, and Invoicing
Understanding about Billing activities & Billing close activities
Oracle EBS/ Oracle Cloud knowledge
Experience on Salesforce.com
Intermediate knowledge of Excel/G-Suite (Pivot Tables, VLookup, etc...)
Sound reading comprehension and Excellent verbal (oral) and written communication skills
Ability to think strategically, and act tactically
Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of relevant IM process and procedures
Actively seek new ways to help improve process and propose changes to improve the quality of service delivered and reduce costs
Complete all work to a high quality and exceed levels of customer satisfaction
A reliable, loyal and trustworthy individual who demonstrates a high degree of integrity
Taking personal ownership for customer issues whilst pursuing all avenues to ensure a satisfactory resolution
Have pride in personal appearance / image, and seek to be professional in all dealings with colleagues and customers
