The purpose of this role is to provide support to the senior team, taking responsibility for all administrative tasks within the team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and to plan.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day Planning:

  • Effectively manage the day-to-day planning on key accounts to ensure smooth operations and successful campaign execution.

Media Owner Relationships:

  • Build and develop strong relationships with media owners to drive market-leading planning for clients. This includes negotiating and securing the best media placements and rates.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure campaigns go live on time. Adhere to best practices and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Commercial Opportunities and Trading Focus:

  • Utilize an understanding of commercial opportunities and trading focuses to guide investment towards the most appropriate partners. Ensure that all media investments are strategically aligned with client goals and deliver maximum value.

Detailed Requirements:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in media planning or a related field.
    • Proven track record of managing key accounts and delivering successful media campaigns.
    • Strong experience in Digital, Ecommerce, Integrated planning.
  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with media owners and clients.
    • Proficiency in media planning tools and software.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong planning skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge:

    • In-depth understanding of the media landscape and market trends.
    • Familiarity with various media channels, including digital, print, broadcast, and social media.
    • Knowledge of commercial trading practices and the ability to leverage them for client benefit.
    • Strong knowledge and experience in Ecommerce, Integrated, and Digital media planning.
