Associate Specialist, Sales System Development

• Assist the development and documentation of detailed requirement for integration of new systems/tools, or enhancement of existing systems/tools; design, perform and coordinate appropriate testing for new systems/tools or new features being deployed on behalf of sales team.

• Perform administrative and functional support for a wide range of systems and tools used across the sales organization, such as coordination on maintenance and updates, troubleshooting, testing/configuration for new sales products, reporting, user permission management/review, etc.

• Maintain and update user manuals for key systems and tools; provide solution overview and basic training to our new joiners on systems and tools covered.

• Coordinate the upload or update of our sales product information on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) that we work closely with, in collaboration with key internal parties, to ensure our sales products are correctly represented on these platforms. Also, work with external parties to launch system connectivity between HKDL and OTAs.

• Support developing/generating reports on sales product analysis to improve overall business performance and enhance future product design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience

• Experience on system connectivity, API calls, system interfaces troubleshooting is required

• Knowledge of our key operating and backend support systems (e.g. Galaxy, Opera, SAP Business Objects) and administrative knowledge on Salesforce is a plus.

• Microsoft Power platform (i.e. Power Query, Power Pivot, Power Automate, etc.), Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), SQL, Python, AI tools experience is a plus.

• Project Management (PMP) and Business Analyst experience is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills, logical thinking and problem-solving capability, and innovation mindset is required.

• Good communication & written skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is required.
