Technicians will gain experience on a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles and promote high standards of safety and cleanliness. Must have:
  • 2+ years of automotive repair experience
  • Diagnostic and service expertise (driveability, electrical, powertrain)
  • Positive, professional, and team attitude
  • Ability to diagnose and repair all makes/models
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid Texas driver's license
Good to have:
  • ASE Certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • Diesel systems experience
  • Mastery of factory scan tools
  • Experience with advanced diagnostic equipment

Job Overview:

We are looking for technicians / mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.  

We are looking for "A-players" with a friendly attitude! We have a great team in place and we promote a culture of teamwork.  We are hiring due to increased customers and high demand for our services.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest
  • Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
  • Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
  • Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
  • Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate  concerns 
  • Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of automotive repair experience is required
  • Demonstrated diagnostic and service expertise in the areas of driveability, electrical, powertrain/drivetrain systems, and other mechanical systems, domestic and import
  • Current ASE Certifications preferred; not required (or willing to get)
  • Positive can-do professional and team attitude
  • Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models; domestic and imports, with a high degree of accuracy and precision
  • Knowledgeable with reflashing/reprogramming process, all vehicle systems
  • Experience with Diesel systems helpful
  • Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and service
  • Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes; keeping current with technology, procedures,
    and methods
  • Have the drive and the ability to flag 40-50+ hours per week.
  • Ability to quickly master factory scan tools
  • Knowledge of advanced diagnostic equipment, scanners, etc. experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess a valid Texas driver's license

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
  • Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
  • Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
  • Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
  • Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
  • Drive manual transmissions vehicles
  • Efficiently navigate a computer
