Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in bid coordination

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • In-depth knowledge of bidding processes
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire bidding process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of proposals, and supporting the company's growth objectives.

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end bid process, from initial request to final submission
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documentation for bid proposals
  • Review and analyze bid documents, including RFPs, RFQs, and tender specifications
  • Prepare and compile bid packages, ensuring all required documents are included and meet quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of bid submissions, outcomes, and related correspondence
  • Develop and update bid templates, pricing models, and other standard documents
  • Monitor bid deadlines and ensure timely submission of all proposals
  • Conduct post-bid analysis and prepare reports on win/loss ratios and areas for improvement
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions that may impact bidding strategies
  • Assist in the development and implementation of bid management processes and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in bid coordination or related field, preferably in the construction, engineering, or related industries
  • Proficiency in bid management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
  • In-depth knowledge of bidding processes and procedures
  • Familiarity with contract terms and conditions
  • Understanding of local and international bidding regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
