Marsh McLennan has an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join our Multinational Team. The role offers a journey of growth and acceleration, including technical and theoretical training, with coaching from a Mentor and a Buddy. You will be responsible for negotiating with the insurance market, managing placements, preparing deliverables, and drafting proposals. This includes building and maintaining relationships, and developing your career within the world’s largest insurance broker.
Must have:
  • New graduate or bachelor's degree in related fields
  • Internship experience up to 4 years, preferably in finance
  • High level of communication skills for establishing relationships
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel (Advanced), and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Power BI
  • Korean language fluency

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Opportunity! Bilingual Korean-speaking Sales Executive in Mexico

We will count on you to:

  • Negotiate with the insurance market for the best terms and conditions for our clients' insurance programs in Property and financial lines.
  • Comprehensively manage placements and negotiations with both markets and our commercial segments.
  • Prepare the deliverables established for business segments.
  • Drafts proposal components and develop improvement initiatives in processes and negotiations that help Placement to win new business and opportunities.

What you need to have:

  • New graduate or a bachelor's degree with graduation no more than 4 years in Engineering, Law, Economics, Administration or related careers.
  • Internship experience or no more than 4 years, preferably in areas of finances
  • A high level of communication skills, essential for establishing good working relationships
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel (Advanced), and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Power BI
  • Korean language fluency
