Job Description

Tesla is seeking a Body Repair Service Advisor in Oakleigh, Australia to join its groundbreaking Body Repair Program. The role involves liaising between customers, claim specialists, and the body shop, managing vehicle arrivals, handling WARP and CCC administration, coordinating rentals, providing status updates, and managing materials. Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, communicating effectively, meeting customer expectations, and performing other related duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in automotive collision repair, I-Car Australia certification (a plus), excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position requires collaboration with colleagues, independent work, and a willingness to train others within a fast-paced collision shop environment.

Must have:

3+ years automotive collision repair experience
Excellent communication skills
I-Car Australia certification (preferred)
Microsoft Office proficiency
Valid Driver's License

What You’ll Do

Maintain work schedule
Liaise between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop
Prepare vehicle arrival
WARP and CCC administration arrival
Communicate with customers and meet expectation
Coordinate rental car and hand off
Provide update on vehicle’s status
Reorder material and supplies
Review repair and delivery
Perform other related duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience in the automotive collision repair industry is a plus
Any certification in I-Car Australia is a plus
Valid Driver’s License and a good driving record
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions well
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
Microsoft Office experience preferred
Must be willing to train others
Must be comfortable working in a collision shop environment
Ability to work independently in limited supervision environments
