As the Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions, ensuring that business needs are met through effective use of data, process improvements, and strategic planning.

Become a part of an exciting adventure bringing fun & truly social experience to millions of players around the world from our offices in Warsaw or Szczecin or Bydgoszcz. We are an in-office first company and we work in a hybrid, 3 days from office mode

What will you do?

Perform ongoing analysis of massive data sets to understand user behavior and provide actionable recommendations in different areas of the product.
Define and build Tableau reports for different departments to help monitor game KPIs.
Build prediction models that support long term growth and monetization.
Work in close collaboration with the product, game economy, and monetization departments to achieve KPI goals

Job requirements

Most wanted:

4+ years’ experience as an analyst in data driven organizations. Experience from the gaming space - a plus
A degree in a quantitative field (math/statistics/engineering/economics or any related field).
Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
Experience building complex dashboards, preferably using Tableau.
