Job Description

The Business Development Manager will create and implement a growth and go-to-market strategy for Cardiologs and ePatch in the UK and Ireland. They will work closely with customers, channel partners, and local market organizations. Key responsibilities include driving new business initiatives, formulating sales and marketing plans, providing sales support, maximizing order intake and market share, and supporting new product launches. This role requires a candidate who can handle activities ranging from conceptual thinking and financial analyses to hands-on deal-making.

Business Development Manager, Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics

You will create and implement the growth & go to market strategy for Cardiologs & ePatch in the UK&I, working closely with customers, indirect channel partners and local market organizations and conducting analysis of health systems, market sizes, reimbursement landscapes, and competition to positively impact market share.

Your role:

  • Drive multiple new business initiatives, gather marketing intelligence, drive projects, compose value propositions and create business models to assess the feasibility of these new opportunities.

  • Formulate AM&D UKI sales strategy and marketing plan with alignment to International AM&D activities

  • Provide Sales support for potential opportunities including providing product and clinical presentations, working with Account Managers and Channel Partners on Product Configurations, NPIs and Competitive Intelligence

  • Maximizing Order Intake, Margin, Market Share and Customer Satisfaction for the AM&D modalities and related business solutions and provide quality funnel visibility including forecast accuracy, installed-base protection and win/loss analyses

  • Develop key opinion leaders and successfully support the launch new product introductions

  • Whilst this is a UK remote -based role, we would like like to ask the successful applicant to spend at least 2 days a week with colleagues in our Farnborough, Hampshire office, or with channel partners and customers.

  • Therefore, it would suit candidates within easy commuting distance of Farnborough office, or those looking to relocate to the area.

You’re right for this role if:

  • You feel challenged in a landscape of activities that range from conceptual thinking and financial analyses to hands-on deal-making with strategic business partners and customers.

  • You act as an entrepreneur within a professional, innovative and well-reputed healthcare organization with virtually unlimited possibilities.

  • Experience in sales, product management, marketing, and customer success management. Medical industry preferred but experience within the IT sector also considered.

  • An understanding of channel partners relationship and how to support them with sales growth, preferably in the healthcare space

  • Experience with working in a cross-functional team and a strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills

Due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.
