G5 Games seeks an experienced Business Development Team Lead to manage a team of Business Development Managers. Responsibilities include leading and developing the team, building and maintaining relationships with key partners, negotiating high-value contracts, participating in strategic initiatives, and managing all partner relationships for the marketing department. The role involves identifying new partnership opportunities, screening deals and agreements, and using internal systems to track partner accounts. Successful candidates will possess significant experience in business development across various regions (North America, Europe, Asia), team management, international contract negotiation, and cross-functional team coordination. Strong negotiation skills in Russian and English are essential.

You may know us from hit projects like Sherlock, Hidden City®, Mahjong Journey®, The Secret Society®, the Jewels series, and many others. 

We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Team Lead. You will manage a team of Business Development Managers, collaborate closely with major partners, overseeing high-value contracts and fostering long-term relationships.

What you will work on: 

  • Lead the team, ensuring effective collaboration and the professional growth of its members.
  • Set and allocate tasks within the team, considering priorities and team members' competencies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current partners, identify, assess, and establish new partnerships.
  • Participate in strategic business development initiatives.
  • Manage all partner relationships for the marketing department, including arranging meetings, conference calls, and regular correspondence.
  • Screen new and existing contacts/deals/agreements to seek better deals or new opportunities aligned with company goals.
  • Keep updated information on current accounts using the company's internal tracking systems.

It’s important to us:

  • Business Development experience across different regions (e.g. North America, Europe and Asia).
  • Experience in team management.
  • Ability to identify games for publishing based on specified criteria, oversee their internal evaluation, and successfully negotiate publishing agreements.
  • Experience of working with the international contracts.
  • Strong negotiation skills in Russian and English (minimum Advanced level of fluency).
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Performance marketing, development, finance, legal, etc.).
