Overall Purpose of The Job
The role is responsible for supporting the Global Cadet Programme Team in the recruitment and selection process of Cadets applying or being considered for the Global Cadet Programme. The Cadet Administration Support is also responsible for generating timely and accurate cadet management reports and in interfacing with Cadet Planners on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities And Tasks
- Supports the Global Cadet Programme Team in the APRO testing, conducting TOSE and/or video conference interviews, and selection, debriefing and approval processes.
- Prepares cadet management realated reports.
- Monitors cadet mobilisation and disembarkation processes and support the mobilisation team to ensure full compliance with CMM/VMS and or client requirements for fleet/vessels under his perview.
- Communicates with Planning, Mobilisation and Training teams and clients when required.
- Forwards claims and any payments to Payroll COE and support to Finance for cadet management realated invoices.
- Arranges graduate cadets to Assessment teams for promotion interviews.
- Maintains cadet records in Shipsure and support the ShipSure crewing data quality/integrity.
- Supports cadet management program budget and invoicing by forwarding invoices to Finance.
- Support cadets for their documentation process during their college period.
- Any other dutiues that may be requested by management.

- Timeliness and accuracy of cadet management reports
- Timeliness in forwarding claims and payments to Payroll COE
- Improved compliance obilization for cadet embarkation
- Well-managed/better utilized cadet pool
