• Preparing the Programs as per Model
• By using Edge cam generation of NC
• Working with Auto cad & E drawing.
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• On time releasing Program
• Program modification as per requirement.
• Help achieving the departmental performance objectives.
• Timely generation of CNC programs as per daily production plan to avoid any production hold up.
• Introduction of new techniques of CNC programming and advance cutting tools to optimize the product cycle time and cost.
• Prove the programs on machines wherever required.
• Make necessary corrections in existing programs, if required.
• Ensuring that all activities carried out meet the quality requirements. (R)
• Maintain good housekeeping in his area of supervision. (R
