Co-Founder/Lead- Product & Technology

Looking for a Product/Tech Leader who can steer Banzan Studios among the favourite Tech driven new age entertainment companies across markets. As an early stage venture, your role will converge between a CPO and a CTO. You should have previous experience in a Product startup environment and preferably someone who can scale large B2C products and platforms. Knowledge of Gaming tech stack across Unity, Flutter, Android Studio and a keen interest in Web 3.0, Blockchain, AI, AR for Gaming & Entertainment is highly desirable. Managaing a small team to deliver high quality results is highly expected.

Also, to keep expectations practical and real, this is a role with Equity+Cash or Equity alone component. Just like there are no free lunches, there's no free equity and a Co-founder title on the table. If you can earn them, it's all for the grab. Both the components will rise as we see results and the commitment. It goes without saying that the role comes with fair share of RISK and huge load of Responsbilities. Though not mandatory, we even would appreciate if you are an investing Co-founder. :-)
