Job Description
As a Technical Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and managing technical projects related to Xsolla's Infrastructure. Responsibilities include developing and managing project plans, leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, monitoring project progress, managing project budgets, and staying up-to-date on the latest infrastructure technologies and trends. You will be working in a team environment and will be responsible for the successful completion of projects within the defined scope, schedule, and budget.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an infrastructure environment
- Understanding of infrastructure technologies, concepts, and practices
- Deep understanding and proficiency in project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Details
We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Technical Project Manager to join our Infrastructure Team in Xsolla. In this role as a Technical Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and managing technical projects related to Xsolla's Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, project management methodologies, and best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage project plans for infrastructure projects, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure projects on time and within budget
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure project deliverables meet their needs
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure projects
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
- Manage project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders regularly
- Stay up-to-date on the latest infrastructure technologies and trends
- Develop and implement infrastructure best practices
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an infrastructure environment
- Understanding of infrastructure technologies, concepts, and practices, including networks, servers, storage, cloud computing, databases, IaC, configuration management, logging, monitoring, and alerting
- Deep understanding and proficiency in project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
