What do we need from you?

Digital Marketing

Communications

• Brand tone & Voice: Develop brand voice and messaging. Work on channel-specific campaigns and own outcomes in terms of Awareness, Engagement and Business.
• Public Relations: Develop and maintain a positive public image for the company. Craft press releases and manage media relations.
  
  

Channel Management

• Website Management: Oversee the development, maintenance, and updates of the company website to ensure a seamless user experience and high conversion rates.
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated workflows.
• SEO: Develop and execute strategies for search engine optimization focused on on-page, off-page, and technical to improve visibility and ranking.
  
  

Community Management

• UX leaders community: Own and engage UX leaders across industries and build a thriving community
• Social Media Management: Plan and execute social media strategy across platforms. Create engaging content and analyze performance metrics.
  
  

Paid Campaigns: Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. Monitor and optimize performance for maximum ROI.

• Customer Experience: Enhance customer journey across digital channels to ensure a positive and consistent user experience.
• Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through digital channels.
  
  

Brand Management

• Brand Identity: Help create and manage the brand identity for company.
• Marketing Collaterals: Create and oversee the production of marketing collaterals meeting the company brand guidelines.
• UX Writing: Collaborate with the design team to produce user-centric content that enhances the overall user experience.
  
  

Team Management

• Content Writers: Lead a team of content writers, ensuring the creation of high-quality, engaging content.
• SEO Executives: Manage SEO executives, providing guidance and support to achieve SEO goals and objectives.
