Content Analyst - Tech Standards & Governance (Spanish)

The Content Analyst - Spanish would be under the Tech Standards & Governance Team. Working with other staff, begin to own the contributor relationship between LSEG and the local exchange, contributor or data supplier for day-to-day operations. Ensuring that relevant information is maintained and delivered in an accurate and timely manner. The position is within Content Operations, which supports data across LSEG products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Collect related information through reading and analyzing multiple sources and reports

• Capture the data points completely and accurately

• Process data according to set timeliness, including data coming from Contributors

• Communicate & liaise with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries

• Maximize usage of available tools and support to maintain and improve content quality

• Test new database/application releases where appropriate, providing expert user feedback

• Support specific projects, as assigned by manager

• Adhere to change control procedures, data operations standards and current data policies and procedures

• Responsible for delivering high productivity and quality data

• Proactively identify and resolve data problems

Required Skills:

• High proficiency in Spanish language.

• Good English Verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic understanding and working knowledge of MS Office applications with proficiency in MS Excel.

• Basic understanding and working knowledge of SQL

• Good understanding of Financial Markets, Markets concepts and behaviors

• Ability to multitask and work on tight deadlines

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Analyst should be willing to work in shifts as this a business requirement
