About our team
Our SEA Integrated Marketing & Communication team is a dynamic group of creative minds, strategists, and marketing enthusiasts who are passionate about redefining the way people shop online. As a pivotal part of Bytedance's E-commerce Business, we work tirelessly to showcase the innovative potential of our platform, bridging the gap between users and their favorite contents & products. The team's core responsibility is to craft and execute integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. We build brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute social and content marketing strategies based on the types of campaigns of our E-commerce, including but not limited to: ideating, planning, and owning content, as well as creating an integrated approach to develop various content marketing formats across channels;
- Design and lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital channels (e.g., email, social media, paid ads, etc).
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as seller, merchant, and creator management team to identify marketing needs of each campaign and develop effective and creative marketing plans accordingly
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, content, analytics, etc.) to develop campaign assets and ensure timely delivery.
- Define the benchmark setting of E-commerce market campaigns, establishing clear metrics to measure performance in customer awareness, new user acquisition, and customer experience;
- Lead efforts to analyze, report and recommend improvements to marketing strategy and implementation to continuously optimize marketing campaign performance and internal collaboration process
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, at least 2 years of relevant marketing experience, E-commerce, social media, community, or brand marketing experience is preferred
- English proficiency
- Demonstrated experience in developing a creative, strategic approach to marketing campaigns for user growth and awareness
- Proven ability in coordinating different campaign stakeholders such as public relations, international brands, marketing agency, and MCN
- Strong social media exposure and marketing ability across multiple platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with short video and live-streaming eco-system is a plus
- Self-motivated, strong communication and project management skills, adaptable to fast-paced and changing working environment
