Job Description

As a Content & Community Manager (Web3) at Lucky Kat, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow and nurture the Web3 gaming community on social media platforms like Twitter and Discord. This involves understanding crypto-related topics, planning content, seeking partnerships, organizing events, and reporting community sentiment to the Product team. You will also be expected to develop data-driven community growth strategies, curate engaging content, collaborate with product teams, cultivate partnerships, gather feedback, stay updated on industry trends, identify influencers, and manage a team of moderators.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of experience in Community Management or Marketing.
  • Proactive in responding to community questions on all channels.
  • Demonstrable experience in social media growth with data-driven KPIs.
  • Passionate about games and the interaction of blockchain and gaming.
  • Deep understanding of growth strategies in gaming and crypto companies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; fluent in English

Who we are

We are Lucky Kat, an award-winning mobile game studio with a mission to entertain the world by building gameplay-first experiences in the metaverse. Our games have over 200 million downloads on the App Stores. We are a part of Fragbite Group, a global group
active in gaming, E-Sports and Web3.

About the role

As our community manager, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing strategies to grow and nurture our Web3 gaming community and deepen their engagement on social media platforms like Twitter and Discord. You have a deep understanding of crypto related topics like NFTs, DeFi and more. You take ownerships of social media account’s content planning and look for deep partnerships that create win-win situations i.e. Twitter Spaces. On Discord you are the main point of contact for the moderators and know how to organize events that will drive engagement. You will be the ears and eyes for the Product team(s) and report social sentiment of the community on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven community growth strategies, utilizing analytics to refine approaches and maximize impact.
  • Set specific, measurable quarterly goals for platforms such as X and Discord, and regularly track progress to ensure objectives are met.
  • Innovate growth tactics informed by an in-depth understanding of the crypto landscape, tailoring strategies to resonate with the unique preferences of the crypto community.
  • Curate and deliver engaging content across various social media platforms, maintaining consistency in messaging and branding to foster community engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to align community initiatives with product updates and launches, driving excitement and participation among community members.
  • Cultivate partnerships with crypto platforms and Web3 projects, leveraging collaborations to amplify community engagement and facilitate growth opportunities.
  • Proactively gather feedback and insights to understand and address the evolving needs of the community, implementing solutions to enhance user satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and developments in the blockchain gaming ecosystem, analyzing the efficacy of different growth strategies employed by industry peers.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers whose audiences align with the community's interests, leveraging their reach to expand the community's footprint.
  • Manage a team of moderators effectively, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure a positive and inclusive community environment is maintained.

Requirements 

  • 2+ years of experience in Community Management or Marketing Role
  • Proactive in responding to community questions on all channels
  • Demonstrable experience in growth of social media channels with a data-driven approach KPIs
  • Must be passionate about games and the interaction of blockchain and gaming
  • Deep understanding of the variety of growth strategies employed by free-to-play gaming companies, crypto companies, and blockchain gaming companies
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; fluent in English
