Your New Role…

Provides administrative support to the VP and SVP, Series in support of Kids and Family content at WB Animation.  Collates and relays creative feedback on various projects and builds relationships within the creative community for potential future projects.

Your Role Accountabilities…

• Reviews writing submissions and provides coverage of writing samples.

• Supports senior executives on development projects, including drafting creative notes, tracking deadlines, communicating with talent.

• Assists in screening and taking pitches for potential series.

• Takes general meetings with junior and mid-level talent.

• Researches third-party IP for potential development.

• Tracks competitive development projects and programming, industry trends.

• Maintains and creates talent databases for the team.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience…

Work Experience

• 2 years of previous coordinator/administrator experience required.

• Previous knowledge of animation production and related industries (comics, video games, etc) preferred.

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

• High school diploma required.

• BA/BS degree preferred.

Knowledge/Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work in deadline driven environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication necessary.

• Knowledge of industry practices in the production of animation

• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone

• Must have professional demeanor and possess the ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Must have the ability to pay close attention to details.

• Must have the ability to work well under time constraints and prioritize assignments.

• Must have excellent follow-through and ability to find and utilize all resources available.

• Must be able to work in fast paced environment.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $43,403.00 - $80,606.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
