Creative Content Manager

We are Owlcat Games, creators of computer and console games such as Pathfinder: Kingmaker, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, and Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader, hardcore isometric RPGs. We not only develop games ourselves but also act as a publisher, helping talented studios create and launch their own “dream games.”

We are looking for a talented Creative Content Manager to create bold and engaging social media campaigns using memes and relevant content. The ideal candidate for us is someone who skillfully combines humor on the edge of acceptability with a well-thought-out marketing strategy, creating a unique and effective approach.

2. We will also ask you to complete a small test task. Please be prepared for this.

TASKS:

· Content Development and Creation: Come up with and create viral content for social media, including short and long formats for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok;

· Audience Communication: Manage official Twitter and TikTok accounts, interact with the audience, and expand influence beyond our core community;

· Marketing and Advertising Ideas: Participate in developing unconventional marketing and advertising strategies, including merchandise and prize campaigns;

· Trend Analysis: Actively track current trends and news, using them to create relevant content;

· Gaming Expertise: Play our games to deeply understand their story, mechanics, and features.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Viral content: Be a meme master and keep up with all the latest online trends;

· Gaming Culture: Interest in game development and love for games, especially those popular among our community;

· Social Media: Excellent knowledge of major social platforms and their algorithms, as well as interest in new platforms;

· Language Skills: English at a level of B2 or higher (preferably C1), with the ability to understand language nuances and modern Western viewpoints;

· Creativity and Initiative: Be creative and proactive, participate in discussions, and propose new ideas;

· Written Communication: Proficient written communication and ability to work with text;

· Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

A plus will be:

· Leadership in Online Communities: If you have experience managing your own blogs, channels, or online communities;

· Love for Our Games and Genre: A strong appreciation for our games and the RPG genre is highly welcome.
