We are currently strengthening our team and looking for a Creative Producer to lead the strategy for marketing creatives, develop new approaches, and improve production processes. If you're passionate about advertising, quick to spot trends, and eager to shape the creative seen by millions — we’d love to have you on our team!

What You Will Work On:

• Create a vision and strategy for marketing creatives.
• Implement the strategy in the context of specific hypotheses.
• Create and implement methodologies for the development of the direction.
• Constant search for current trends and approaches to marketing creatives.
• Check produced creatives for consistency with the vision and strategy.
• Formulate ideas to improve the efficiency of creative production processes.
• Being responsible for the quality of creatives.
• Accumulate and share the expertise on the production and results of the use of creatives.
• Assist managers in the development of employees working on the production of creatives.

What We Expect:

• Strategic thinking and analytical approach to work.
• Skill in formulating hypotheses and generating ideas.
• Systems thinking, the skill of reasoning and implementing your proposals.
• Understanding of the mobile advertising market and the principles of User Acquisition.
• Understanding of the production process and technical capabilities of the production.
• Knowledge in artistic and animation theory, directing, design, VFX.
• Advanced soft-skills: the skill of negotiating, motivating colleagues, giving feedback, preventing conflict situations.
• Time management skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English (B2+) and advanced Russian (C1 or higher).
• Involvement in the gaming industry.
