Your role with us:

As our new CRM Performance Coordinator, you will support the monitoring of CRM campaigns, and collaborate with CRM Team Leaders to ensure CRM campaigns are effective across all channels (email, SMS, web pop-ups, and in-app notifications).

What you will do:

• Provide support and monitoring to ensure the smooth operation of CRM Campaigns (email/sms/web popup/app notifications)
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to assist the CRM Team Leaders measure campaign effectiveness.
• Assist the CRM Analyst in identifying any discrepancies, errors, or delays in campaign delivery, and collaborating with CRM Team Leaders to resolve.
• Liaise with the CRM system provider to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Identify opportunities to uplift campaign effectiveness (coverage / engagement / cost / customer status progression ) and collaborate with CRM Team Leaders to implement these strategies.

What you will bring:

• 2 years experience in a CRM / Marketing / Customer Analytics role
• Gambling and sports knowledge desirable
• Experience with customer retention campaigns
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Optimove / Salesforce / Braze / Hubspot would be highly regarded )
• Proficiency with data analysis using Excel, SQL, Tableau, Amazon Redshift

Bonus points if you also have:

• A Bachelors degree in Marketing/Communications/Data Analytics OR 2 years relevant experience in a CRM, marketing or customer analytics role.
• Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
• Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
