We champion projects and address social issues that affect everyone, striving to build inclusive experiences for all players. This dedication is embodied in our 'Be Inclusive' value, which influences our culture and programs through a four-pronged approach: our DEI Council, Core Curriculum, Heritage Speaker Series, and Strategic Partnerships & Alliances. Our focus extends to connecting with organizations supporting marginalized communities, offering employee outreach and volunteering, and enhancing employee development through DEI-focused learning opportunities. We also aim to foster belonging via speaker series, foundational DEI learning, and heritage month celebrations. Furthermore, we amplify diverse voices in games by collaborating with developers on initiatives that directly impact our games and prioritize accessibility in all game development.

Latinx in Gaming

Latinx in Gaming connects Latines across the gaming industry to promote cultural appreciation and representation in games and content, providing a platform for Latinx community members to elevate each other and themselves.

Urban Arts

Urban Arts designs and implements educational programs rooted in the arts and technology for underrepresented students. Because a quality education shouldn’t depend on a child’s zip code.
