By creating diverse characters and telling inclusive stories, we spotlight many perspectives and amplify the voices of underrepresented communities in our games. We champion projects and highlight social issues that impact us all because we care to create inclusive experiences for all our players.

The DEI Council was formed as a way to address the need for diversity, inclusivity and psychological safety. We strive to build a supportive and inclusive community that thrives on knowledge with respect, mindfulness and empathy in mind. The ultimate goal is to build a progressive work culture with a strong sense of belonging.

Women in Games International (WIGI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to cultivate resources to advance economic equality and diversity in the global games industry.
Latinx in Gaming connects Latines across the gaming industry to promote cultural appreciation and representation in games and content, providing a platform for Latinx community members to elevate each other and themselves.
Urban Arts designs and implements educational programs rooted in the arts and technology for underrepresented students. Because a quality education shouldn’t depend on a child’s zip code.
