Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor at Xplor Technologies, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing support via phone, email, and live chat. You will answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include problem-solving, accurate record-keeping, and contributing to process improvements. You will be part of the Global Operations team in Newcastle Upon Tyne, providing support with the company’s suite of technology, payment solutions, and value-added services. The role involves making a real impact by helping customers and improving their experience.

Picture this – you start each day in our modern Newcastle Upon Tyne office, part of our buzzing Global Operations team, knowing you're helping people and making a real impact. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’re the friendly face (or voice!) that our customers count on. Whether it’s through chat, phone, email or support tickets, you’ll be there to answer questions, solve problems, and make their day a little easier. You’ll be the go-to person they trust, helping them get what they need, so they can focus on what matters most to them.

You’ll be an extension of our clients’ teams, supporting them with our full suite of technology, payment solutions, and value-added services – everything they need to keep their business running smoothly and growing strong.

Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Be the friendly first voice of Xplor - Welcome our customers with your positive energy through phone calls, emails and live chats, solving their questions on the spot.
  • Solve problems with confidence - Help our customers with their account and contract questions. Your team leader is always there to back you up when you need extra support.
  • Help us get better together - Share what you learn from customer conversations to improve our processes, and swap tips with your teammates.
  • Keep everything ticking along - Follow up on payments, send important updates to clients, and keep our systems accurate and up-to-date.
  • Make a difference every day - Use our handy resources to meet service goals while seeing the real impact you have on our clients' experience.
