Customer Success Manager

As our Customer Success Manager maestro, you will work closely with the in-game app creators in our community - guiding them as they craft amazing app experiences across their favorite games, setting them up for success.

In this role, you will:

• Guide app developers towards creating successful apps, offering them support and strategic advice to lead them to greatness.
• Work with developers on improving user experience and product features, providing insightful app reviews to enhance app quality.
• Ensure developers have access to necessary resources by working closely with R&D, Marketing, QA, Support, Product, and Operations teams.
• Gain a deep understanding of developer business models, optimizing their collaboration with Overwolf and enhancing their success.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with app developer partners, fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial environment.
• Take the helm in project execution, focusing on marketing strategies, growth, monetization, and long-term planning for sustained success.

• 2+ years in DevRel, Customer Success, or Account Management, with a focus on nurturing professional relationships.
• Strong written and verbal English skills, able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Experience with third-party developer platforms or managing gaming communities is a plus.
• Actively engaged in PC/Console gaming, showing a real passion for the gaming world.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to sync with global time zones.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Creative problem-solving skills, ready to think on your feet and tackle complex challenges.
• Skilled at juggling multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Sharp analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Friendly, positive, and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Vast experience in casting enchantment spells, throwing battle axes, and drinking Dwarven stout.
