Job Description
Varonis is seeking a Backend Engineer to develop and maintain .Net microservices, ensuring high performance, stability, and scalability. This role requires collaboration with product managers and other teams for seamless integration. Responsibilities include writing and maintaining high-quality, tested code. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in C# and .NET, strong Python and ETL experience, and knowledge of microservice architecture, cloud environments, CI/CD, testing, and coding best practices. Experience with large-scale distributed systems and big data processing is crucial. The position offers a flexible hybrid work model.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain .Net microservices
- Ensure the back-end components are high-performing, stable, and scalable.
- Collaborate with product managers and other software teams for seamless integration.
- Write and maintain high-quality, tested code.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in C# and .NET.
- Strong experience with Python and ETL processes.
- Proven knowledge of microservice architecture, cloud environments, CI/CD, testing methodologies, and coding best practices.
- Solid understanding of data integration and big data processing.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
Advantages
